About us
We are a group of artisans and authors living in the Upper Swansea Valley with many years of experience between us.
It is exciting times as we have recently moved from our shop in Ynyswen to Craig y Nos Country Park in the Brecon Beacons.
In addition to our shop, we will be holding many events and exhibitions throughout the year. Please click the link at the top of this page to see our current events.
Situated in a spectacular mountainous location in the secluded upper Swansea Valley, Craig-y-Nos Country Park is a 40-acre Victorian garden with shady woodlands, wild meadows, lakes, large sunny lawns and tumbling clear rivers.
The picture to left is the view we enjoy from the windows of our shop.
Craig-y-Nos Castle is adjacent to the Park and was once the home of the internationally famous opera singer Adelina Patti. The Country Park which spreads along the banks of the River Tawe was her garden where much of the landscaping, trees and garden buildings remain.
Facilities at the park include car parking, a cafe and WC’s.
We are open from 10.30am to 4.30pm, 7 days a week at Craig-y-Nos and and a warm welcome always awaits.
